EPC can rapidly design and fabricate "bed of nails" style test fixtures for automated testing of populated PCB's in a production environment. Each test fixture is highly customized to meet the testing requirements specific to the DUT. Production ready test fixtures with PC based automation software for units with 100 or less pogo pins can typically be developed in 4-6 weeks. The automated test software includes an extensive help system that can pop-up a schematic of the circuit under test, and includes helpful trouble shooting hints. Extensive test reports are generated and archived.
