I have 5 years of experience doing Automation and total of 5 years of experience working on IT industry. I have developed multiple projects on my company, not only in my team but also in other capability team. While doing the role of UNIX Admin, I still have time to work on other Automation projects. Here are some of my automation projects completed. • Intelligent Routing for Incident – a tool that will check all the tickets and will route to the responsible team based on the description. • Change Ticket Creator – a tool that will create a change ticket based on the entry on SharePoint. • Server Outage Suppression – a tool that will create a suppression every time that there is a planned outage on the servers. • Order Ticket Creator – a tool that will create a request / order ticket every time that there is a new entry on the tracker.
