Control Systems engineer in the bay area. I come from a multi-disciplinary background and have performed jobs for customers in all areas of manufacturing or production. I've worked with food & beverage, medical automation, consumer fabrication, mining and ore, web and tension systems, construction, regulatory process systems and much more! Specialties include working with PLC's (programmable logic controllers), HMI's (human-machine interfaces), AC/DC drives, servomotors, temperature controllers/transducers, I/O analog and digital, solenoids/actuators/pumps, etc. I work with all brands of automation hardware, including but not limited to; GE, Allen Bradley, Siemens, Automation Direct, Omron, Schneider, Parker, etc. My specialties include specing hardware, determinging system requrements, designing system layout including state diagrams, wiring schematics, and BOM, ordering parts/working with hardware suppliers to find comprable equipment, assembling and building the electrical enclosure at my shop and delivering it to your customer's site, ready for external wiring to be landed. Then finally, FULLY testing the control solution and making any modifications/changes that are necessary with speed and agility.
