Excellent skills in authoring project related documents such as Test Plans, Test Summary reports, generating and maintaining test suites and implementing Defect Lifecycle. • CSTE certified. Trained in HIPAA certification. Good knowledge of iQMS and other SQA processes. • Have lead mid-sized (3-15) teams for 3+ years. Good experience in mentoring fresher/junior team members. 9+ years of direct client interaction and working with onsite-offshore model and 3rd party testing. • Possess excellent knowledge of end to end handling of projects – proof of concept, feasibility study, setting up SLAs, knowledge transition, setting up of quality processes, identifying suitable metrics to indicate project health, identifying and mitigating pain-points.
