In terms of workflows, I have acted as a business analyst and developer for multiple business process & cognitive technology (AI, ML, etc.) automation projects for the past 10 years on applications such as SAP, Oracle (JDE), Salesforce, Onbase, quick-books (accounting software), web portals (Shopify), E1, Transform, etc. I also serve project needs of open source RPA platforms and scripts such as Python and VBA.
