I have over 20 years of IT industry experience, and the last 5+ years have been fully dedicated to architecting, building/migrating, and operating applications on AWS. Multiple AWS accounts, consolidated billing, AWS Organizations, multi-VPC designs, AWS tagging strategies, Disaster recovery/DR build-outs – mode experience includes: backup/restore, pilot-light, warm standby, multi-site. Easy as pie! Cloud application build outs and migrations follow AWS Cloud Adoption Framework best practices – We build Secure environments for our customers, they are Performant, Highly-Available, and Cost-optimized. Do you need a post go-live/production operating model built? Organization RACI, or staff training? I do that too. DevOps/Software Defined Infrastructures/Infra-as-Code – I build with the automation toolkit of your choice – CloudFormation, AWS CLI, or the AWS SDK of your choosing. Need it built with Chef, Puppet, or another CM tool of your choice, no problem. Want to move to a serverless architecture? I have experience redesigning legacy architectures, which take advantage of the serverless world available through AWS – Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, Route53, AWS Shield/WAF, ELB/ALB, RDS, RedShift, Dynamo, and others – never manage servers again. Continue to pass your audits and meet regulatory requirements – I have migrated and built applications on AWS which need to comply with PCI, GxP, PHI/HIPAA regulation, additionally, I understand the importance of securing PII, and I know how to do it on AWS.
