Arpit has a generous attitude about work that was not covered in the original specification but was found to be essential. Some of this has blossomed to such an extent that a new project is needed. So many times Arpit has simply picked up extra work that needed to be done without even questioning me about whether he would be paid for it. In the future when I request work from Arpit, I will make sure he has the time available rather than simply expect him to always be there. In summary, the key likes are: excellent communication; high technical expertise; and comprehensive delivery of the full product. I would definitely recommend Arpit except I need him to be free for my future projects :)

Arpit is an excellent written and verbal communicator. I found this invaluable over the course of the project. His technical skills are beyond mine so it is hard to give an accurate appraisal. But certainly he had no problem providing solutions and suggesting alternatives.
