My customer service responsibilities includes answering customer emails regarding their queries, problems on projects and resolving customer problems. Handles proofreading, online and offline data entry projects. Recently, I worked as a full time homebased admin assistant/customer email support in an Australian directory - StartLocal - for 9 years (Nov 2009-Dec 2018). I handle the main StartLocal Australia directory, StartLocal India directory and Home Services Engine (US directory) websites. My major tasks are approving/validating the following: new submission of business,all the changes and claims made by LinkOwners. I also do Customer service/email support using Zendesk and lately Freshdesk. Aside from my major tasks, I also do data entry, web research and data mining.
