I have an experience as a Customer Service and Technical Support for almost 3 years. When I was in the BPO industry, I was trained in three different faction. I did full time phone calls, full time back office process, and then 50% of both. Both in Telco and Health Insurance Account. Also, I used to work in a 5-star Hotel as an Attendant and a Cashier in a big Appliances and Furniture store located here in the Philippines.
