The account that we handled was an Australian Bank. As an agent we we're doing the process for bank card concerns. Whether it is a new or loss bank cards, change of information, we can also provide statements and check for fraudulent transactions. We only do back end processes.
As a Quality Auditor, we do the last checking internally before we proceed all the process in which customer is already involved. For instance, a customer requested for a new bank card before the expedite I made sure the correct information is used. Address, Contact numbers and such.
