meteoscanner.com (Not tested for Safari). I recently wrote this little service, maybe someday I can use it to earn something from advertising. It differs from other weather services in that you can select an arbitrary point on the map and get a weekly weather forecast for it. The forecast quality is not bad. The website design quality could be better. :)
Server side: Centos 7, Apache, Postgresql, Django.
