I am a web developer and designer. I have designed, developed and maintained websites and web applications using Coldfusion, PHP, MSSQL, MySQL, HTML, Javascript, JQuery, DHTML, AJAX, Photoshop, Illustrator on both windows and linux platforms for 14+ years. I also have experience setting and customizing Wordpress, Twitter and FaceBook accounts and applications. I am also familiar with different CMS platforms including MuraCMS, BEA Weblogic, and other custom platforms. I am versed in frameworks - my current favorite is Model-Glue a tidy OOP approach to MVC. I have developed websites and applications for the UK media industry (planning/buying/forecasting), energy sector (forecasting, analyses,data feeds) , financial reporting and various social networks. Please note I am now based in the US. I have experience working with Google Maps API, Twitter Integration. I am seeking opportunities to work on existing websites as well as building new websites.
