I was very pleased with the services of this designer, and I'm not one who believes in "grade inflation." I truly could not possibly ask for more in terms of timeliness and responsiveness, so that is why I give RLPRoDesign a 5 star rating on that. Apart from that I give 4 stars because he fulfilled the request and charged the pre-agreed rate. There was nothing exceptional about this as it should be expected, so I could not justify a 5 star rating. But that does not mean I was at all displeased with his work. My only remark for areas for slight improvement would be communication. This was a small project he was squeezing in with short notice, which may explain why at times it seemed I had to say the same thing more than once to fully convey what had been done or needed doing. I think this was probably a result of a little speed reading of emails on his part. Still, this is a very slight thing, and in the end he did exactly what we needed for the pre-agreed price, so I am quite happy and will definitely be sending work to this designer again.
