  This was the 2nd payment on a larger project. They were generally responsive and quick, but a couple times at the end, I was told it will be ready tomorrow, but I had to wait. The software works as it is supposed to. The bigger thing to be aware of is Vocso requires the final payment before the project is loaded in a live environment. I did not realize that was part of the deal and we debated it extensively. It made me nervous, however eventually we worked out something that got both of us as comfortable as possible.

  This payment was for the start of a larger project. Communication was generally good. They were easy to get a-hold of and discuss the details of the project. We had a little hiccup on payment. Vocso required half up front, even though we were using safe pay. I was concerned about doing that, but it worked out.
