Marriage from a man who you love it's a legitimate right, but before you take this step you should know few information according to Islam and Egyptian family law, but first we shall know the two ways which you get be married with:

1- Officially : throw official marriage contract in Egyptian ministry of Justice in Cairo, after you get Allows certificate from your Country or embassy as approve that you are not marry from another man .

2- Informal : throw informal contract or as they call it (ORFI contract) which it must be written by Advocate otherwise will be kind of joke , also you must get Allows certificate as approve that you are not marry from another man.

-The most Important in the two kinds of marriage ways the conditions of both contracts such as:-1- forefront Dowry and delayed Dowry which it must be suitable with your education and qualification, your value in society, value of your family and note that it is important for you in case you will be divorced, that’s show you your value as woman then after will affect your alimony.

2- Golden gift: the groom must give a golden gift to his pride such as (ring, a necklace and ear rings or as he can give as gift ) sure that will be approve for his finance level.

-Both ways of marriage must be front of at least two adult men witnesses, so do not follow him if he want marry just between you and him because legally it will not be marriage but adultery .

- You should know: that you have the right to issue six months residence request front of passport department for marriage.

- also you should know that you have all the right to own a car, home, apartment, investment company and bank account in your name alone without Egyptian partner.

-advice: any money you have to send it to your husband must be bank transfer with official certificate not in hand specially in the first year of marriage till you discover each other with note that man he must expend on his wife and family .

- Important note: if you will marry from Muslim man you should know that when you will have a baby his religion will be Muslim too according to ISLAM and law...
