Rukmini Iyer is an organization development consultant, behavioural trainer and coach. She has around sixteen years of experience in the Asian markets and is currently based in Mumbai, India. She heads her proprietary firm Exult! Solutions and is also a freelance writer and public speaker on topics related to management and metaphysics. Exult!
