I am a native Chinese speaker and had Chinese, English and Malay educated since young. I am fluent in speaking, writing and reading Chinese (both Simplified and traditional) and English. In addition, I'm fluent in speaking and writing Cantonese. Graduated in Mathematics and Economics Degree, I am highly sensitive to numbers and formulas. My education background helps me to perform according to my client's expectations. A dependent and responsible customer relation supervisor in beauty line for 4 years. I had worked for telecommunication and retail accounts and obtained expertise in making appointments, service recovery, billing, handling phone calls and handling clients' complaints.
