• Triage all telephone calls. • Gather demographic and insurance information, verify benefits, and check EDS on all non-insured clients. • Gather presenting clinical concerns, risk factors in order to make determination if emergency services or medical clearance is required. • Make determination of levels of care based on clinical information provided by the client including emergency services. • Investigate and problem solve clinical and/or insurance issues in completion. • Assess the nature of the problem, the urgency of the situation and appropriateness for Center services.
