Bilingual Technical Support Specialist

I am a hard-working and highly efficient worker with 8 years experience in the field of Customer Service/ Technical Support.


I provided Technical Support and customer care for both Asus and Panasonic Canada customers via chat, email and voice for the past 8 years. I was with Panasonic Canada from 2013 to 2017 and Asus from 2017 to 2019. From the year 2020 to present I have worked with Hisense Canada providing French phone technical support and also with the Gaming chair manufacturer, Secretlab where I provide email and chat support in English.  To an extent, I assisted as well in providing customers with pre-sale information on products. Due to my extensive experience in customer relations, I acted in the role of French Escalations for most of my time with Asus. In this role I was responsible for de-escalating extremely frustrated customers and restoring their confidence in the company's products and services. 


I speak 3 different languages: English (Native), Spanish (Conversational) and French (Fluent). I have excellent command of both French and English whether in the written or spoken word. I also have experience with several CRM tools such as Salesforce, SAP, Shopify, Freshdesk, Zendesk and CMS.


I am fully prepared to do my best to meet all deadlines and handle my tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
