I have worked in HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical 3D works at different stages of the project from concept design, design development, construction to as-built stage. 1. I can visualize our concept in virtual 3D and remove the design discrepancies. 2. I can check comprehensively the clash points and check the standards. 3. I can validate sizes and space coordination among different building services. 4. I can generate error free and clash free 2D design development drawings, fabrication drawings, pre-engineered drawings and shop drawings from 3D model. 5. In each different stage of the project we can repeatedly and periodically update the model with basic properties of items and due to automated nature it, thus reduce the time and thereby cost and also increase efficiency and accuracy in our work. 6. I can generate accurate quantity take-off and thereby can manage the cost and time scheduling during construction phase. 7. I can also create the strong data base(As-built Model) for facility management for entire life cycle of the building.
