Carrier Objective: Major Responsibilities • Study Tender documents for understanding the scope of work. Identify the scope of work and highlight the areas requiring special attention to various superiors. • Project quotation in an hour. (depend upon project standard just like LOD 200,300,400,500 and 600) • Handling the Overall Project, Co-ordination & Review and monitor the production of BIMs and drawings to maintain quality and accuracy. • Problem sorting & guiding the whole team. • Maintaining project standards throughout the whole project. • Attend team and project meetings as required • Complete accurate timesheets by the set deadline • RFI creation. • Template creation as per project standard. • Revit family creation as per submittal. • Preparation of 3D installation drawing & generate the material list. • Create a checklist of all systems (HVAC, Plumbing, FP, and Electrical) as per project standard. • Preparation of HVAC & Mechanical Piping model & design validation. • Coordination with other trades. • Contribute to technical capabilities of the BIM / CAD team as a whole • Preparation of General Arrangement, Marking plan, Shop drawing of HVAC & Mechanical Piping. • Responsible for all drafting for a particular discipline Supervise, coordinate and support BIM / CAD Technicians in workload, good detailing practice, and work procedures. • Generate sections/schedules/schematics from BIMs and general arrangement drawings • Conversion of BIMs / ACAD drawings to other formats such as DWF & PDF • Identify improvements (where possible) to enhance service to clients • Job Presentation for marketing. • Coordination with site engineer to resolve issues. • Visit site (Project Location) on a routine basis to sort out the issues and resolved at the sit on rapid action as discussed with site engineers.
