Blogging started as something completely different than what it has become today. Blogs have evolved and have become a necessary part of any marketing strategy. Blogs began basically as a way to save links, think pre-bookmark era websites.
Then people started to add their thoughts and comments to that, and a lot of changes and some questionable content forever on the internet later, and we have what we know today as blogs.
Even notable names like BuzzFeed and Huff Post are actually just exemplified blogs.
The current state of blogging is still evolving, but one thing we can be sure of is that if you want to drive traffic to your site and keep people interested in your brand or product, then you need to have high-quality content to keep them coming back.
Blogs are one of the fastest and most effective ways to create and grow brand awareness.
Blogs are different from other web content in that they need to be not only informative, but they need to be compelling and entertaining. It’s challenging to walk the line of sounding personal and still sneak in those sales pitches without sounding like a used car sales associate.
That’s where I come in.
My creative nature isn’t going to allow for boring content, and you need someone that can take any topic and spice it up enough to keep people entertained and following your brand.
