I'm currently a student at Georgia State University with an earned degree in Business Management. I currently hold a position with NCR Corporation as Help Desk Agent supporting technical support for both software and hardware. I frequent business-related computer competencies in software to include Leo, Tiny-term, Remote Desktop, Lotus, Citrix, Mainframe and many more. In addition, I hold the position as Social Media Coordinator for Junior Soles; creating and managing content for all social media platforms and blogs for their website.
