Great job overall. This is our first experience with a Guru.com vendor and we are very pleased with both the speed and quality of the work.
Technical - the HTML code they produced was excellent. We had a few testing difficulties, mainly due to incomplete requests on my end, but we came to agreement quickly and V2Soft made the required changes in less than a week.
Communication - we had several conference calls and received frequent updates as the project progressed.
Creativity - the initial creative concepts were great. However, later in the project, they seemed too dependent on our feedback, rather than implementing our general requests.
Timeliness - they were the fastest vendor I have ever used, and required fewer feedback sessions and revisions. Great job here!
