It was required that I indicate a per hour rate, but I am just as open to working on a per-1,100 words (milestone) basis. So, for example, I might say that I could copyedit (line edit) your manuscript for $5 per 1,000 words, or proofread it for $2 per 1,000 words. Please note that my quote will vary from project to project and depend on the specific project and its complexity.
