1. Designing & implementing systems, procedures for the preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts and financial statements 

2. Ensuring compliance with time & accuracy norms 

3. Coordinating annual audits 

4. Evaluating internal control systems/procedures for highlighting the shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations. 

5. SAP implementation including standardizing key processes and procedures, Microsoft office applications including Tally Solutions.
