I am a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and a CPA by profession with 12 years of work experience. 

I provide Virtual bookkeeping Services where I perform general accounting duties, including but not limited to bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, assist with the day-to-day accounting operations and transactions including but not limited to data entry, preparing invoices, processing payments, reconciling bank statements, and month-end/year-end closing activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.  

I prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and budgets for management review. Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation and filing of financial transactions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and resolve any discrepancies. Monitor and review financial transactions, expenses, and revenues to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential risks. Stay updated with accounting principles, standards, and industry trends to ensure adherence to best practices.  

I’m proficient in using QuickBooks, Google Suite, MS Office. I have an excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
