**Intralogic Solutions** Massapequa NY (Oct. 1 2015- Aug 4 2016) Bookkeeper / Payroll Processor -In charge of processing payroll for fluctuating 55-60 employee company. -Process the bills for our largest vendor through a tedious cost tracking process followed by utilizing quickbooks. Cost Auditor - Audit all the orders to be processed for upcoming projects. -Monitor the profit margin on all change orders. -Facilitate returns with warehouse manager in a proper timely fashion. -Attempted to take a proper full inventory count. Lots of old parts to be returned that were past return date/ no information of project to return against. Successfully counted over 250 parts and made an excel file of count, description of part, vendor and job purchased under if available.
