● Maintained communication with clients via emails or video meetings and handled bookkeeping assignments for clients mainly from the US
● Reviewed Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, and billing entries.
● Reviewed Banks, Credit cards, and line of credit reconciliations, and prepared reconciliation reports to verify accuracy
● Passed and verified adjustment journal entries for sales taxes payable and prepared workpapers for sales tax
● Processed, recorded, and verified payroll journal, did payment reconciliations, and issued payroll checks and reports.
● Prepared financial statements and other required reports including comparison reports
● Prepared and reviewed 1040, 1120(S), and 1065 tax returns with tax programs such as Ultratax and Drake
