Are you a startup/small/medium - Bookkeeping/Accounting/CPA firm with increasing work load and searching for a person who can understand your requirements, help you with your client’s bookkeeping, payroll, customized reports, drafting queries ready to be sent to client, and prepare a client specific check list and meeting deadlines and along with your data privacy

I am a certified bookkeeper having 4.5 years of experience in software like Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks, Reckon, excel spreadsheets etc. working closely with a CPA in their back end bookkeeping and client management and document management needs, so that CPA can focus more on finalizations, tax matters and other client needs. 

I believe in clear communication and transparency

Summary of my relevant skills - 

1. Handling day to day bookkeeping and payroll, supplier payment, monthly reconciliations, sales workings, preparation of GST working, monthly management report, outlook handling 

2. Drafting the queries which be sent directly to client 

3. Maintaining a client wise checklist for points to be kept in mind while processing the job 

4. Maintaining a shared Google sheets with CPA for a list of clients for different tasks like regular bookkeeping, BAS, IAS, Payrolls, Superannuation etc. and updating the task status regularly 

5. Sending out the Missing Information Emails and updating the status in the client list 

6. Preparing the internal doubts and discussion with client and CPA in a meetings 

7. Handling the outlook of CPA by responding to a query, proper filing and renaming of documents, moving the Emails to a relevant folder, keeping the Inbox clean and tidy 

8. Preparing BAS workpapers and workings so that internal staff of CPA can review 

9. Lodgment of Super, Payroll Tax, IAS 

10. Preparing customized reports and working in MS excel 

Software Known - 

I have working experience on below software and can adapt in the new software environment quickly - 

Xero - Quickbooks - MYOB - Reckon - Hubdoc - Dext - Nexvia (For Infrastructure and Project based entities) - Monday.Com (Query Management Software) - FYI (Document Management Software) - MS Office (Well versed with MS Excel with Lookups and Pivots, MS word, PPT etc)
