I currently help my clients with vendor payments and keeping balances and cash flow organized. I currently do job costing for a client who has hundreds of jobs open on a regular basis. I am able to provide AP and AR services as well as manning the aging reports monthly as well. I manage cash flow by recording money and communicating with clients in regard to payments. I use Quickbooks Desktop to help the majority of my clients but also use Quickbooks online and have experience with several other accounting programs. I am Quickbooks Online Certified.
