 Dictation and taking of minutes

 Follow up on customers deposit payments

 Respond  emails timeously-

 Assist fellow colleagues when needed to execute task. (Eg FBI’s and

Marketing )

 Blocking of accounts in arrears and handing over to attorneys

 Generating personalized statements as well as sending of statements

 Assisting Financial Manager with any queries

 Diary management 

Generating financial reports
