I am a dedicated and technically skilled individual with 29years experience and a versatile administrative support skill set, developed through experience as an accounts clerk (Filing, Debtors, Creditors and Ledger), Stores Clerk, Stock Controller, Logistics Controller and Site Administrator. My strong cash flow management as also proven well for the departments, divisions and entities that I supported. I always strive to make a profit for every Organisation that employed me, and managed administration on more than 35 projects valued between 66 million to 1.5 billion.
  2. I also excel in resolving employer challenges with innovative solutions systems. I process improvements proven to increase efficiency with customer and supplier satisfaction. I have rebuilt trust with vendors, repairing damaged relationships by ensuring correct and timeous payments for all goods and services received.
  3. Resolving months of backlog and restoring orders; processing records in disarray; researching and solving invoicing problems and journal entry errors that had previously been omitted are challenges that I excel in.
  4. As Site Administrator, I travelled and lived at Different States outside my Home, when the need aroused to administer projects .I had to source Accommodation for staff & labour and negotiated with the Estate agents /Landlords, for best possible deals.
  5. I am self-driven, honest and trustworthy and people orientated. I am strong at reconciliation, love problem solving and an analytical thinker who accepts responsibility and challenges. I have had successful relations with both staff members and clients, and have the ability to work with teams at all levels of the Organisation. I also have an effective ability to negotiate and execute contracts, and very quality conscious. I pay attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
