I have been in the BPO industry for seventeen (17) meaningful months in two (2) companies. The first company, I have worked in a multitasking campaign for six (6) months. We do customer service, assist customer's queries and requests. These were all done simultaneously via phone call, chat, and email/ticket. This job developed my skills on how to juggle multiple tasks. The second company, I have worked as an outbound sales telemarketer for eleven (11) months. Consistently, I'm one of the top sellers each month. Therefore, I can say that i am a goal-oriented individual and I only not meet the company's expectation but I exceeded those markers.
