• Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries. 

• Invoice processing and filing. • Ensuring payment amount and records are correct. 

• Bank reconciliation. 

• Controlling credit and chasing debt. 

• Onsite quarterly inventory count to reconcile with the records. 

• Reconciled Purchase Orders (POs) to produce accurate inventory reports. 

• Chased missing transactions to help facilitate timely payments. 

  • Import bills and reconcile payments to suppliers using Xero. 
  • Upload photos and daily maintenance of Orderspace. 
  • Organising despatch of orders with couriers. 
  • Check & Dispute Courier's price. 
  • Office administrator - answering phone calls, processing orders & returns, creating credit notes 
  • Stocktake coordinator - plan stocktakes, organise stock count sheets, and delegate to warehouse staff. SKU & barcode creation and stock labelling. 
  •  Bookkeeping, filing, and data entry jobs. 
  •  Following up on Accounts receivable/debtors, issue monthly statements. 
  •  Reporting and reconciliations
