I have over 10 years of bookkeeping experience.

I have primarily used Quickbooks, but also have limited experience using: Medflex, Peachtree, SAP and Quicken.

I have excellent reconciliation skills.  One company I worked for had not had a book to bank balance in over 20 years.  In less than 2 months I was able to reconcile (on top of regular duties).

I have experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable with a significant amount of experience with Vendor Management and price negotiation/reduction.

I have more than 8 years experience with payroll.  Have processed payroll for 80+ employees per pay cycle.  I have processed payroll through traditional processing as well as utilizing PEO.

I also have 3 years of auditing experience.

Platform requires upload of a file, but will only permit png or jpeg.  Submitting screen shot of Excel Payroll Calculation sheet (created for a company who used the sheet to calculate their payroll). (Data was eliminated).  This sheet was very complex for a construction company to pay with Piece pay or hourly and to calculate both and split pay if multiple employees were on the crew.  Also included cells if there were deductions that needed to be made from employee checks.
