My experience covers all facets of Accounts Receivable including entering orders, invoicing customers, applying receipts and completing bank deposits, running credit card charges and applying the payments, assisting with customer inquiries, and collections. My experience with Accounts Payable includes creating purchase orders, communicating with vendors regarding orders, entering bills and verifying expenses are applied to correct expense accounts, cutting checks and/or creating online payments for bills, handling vendor inquiries, and completing payroll. Also, calculating, paying, and filing payroll taxes and calculating, paying and filing sales tax returns. Also, I complete reconciliations for both bank accounts and credit cards, enter General Journal entries, create financial statements, create spreadsheets as needed, and perform general administrative tasks as needed.
