BPM and Algorithmic Mining

If you are a business with multiple interdependent processes you need in order to optimize your business processes and find bottlenecks you need a business process model for your own business. In traditional business process management, it is done with process workshops and interviews, which results in an idealized picture of a process.

Process mining, however, uses existing data available in corporate information systems and automatically displays the real process. We use advanced mining algorithms like Heuristic Mining, Inductive Mining algorithms on ProM, and DisCo to discover and mine your business process from your system event logs.

We also provide you with easy-to-understand visualizations such as Organizational View, Hand over of Work (HoW), etc. to further explain the underlying issues with the stakeholders.

An example of such a pipeline is as follows

  1. Conversion of Data into Event Logs
  2. Visualization of the Event Log
  3. Choice of Models and Representational Bias
  4. Visualization of the Process Model
  5. Compliance Checking
  6. Performance analysis for potential bottlenecks
  7. Organizational view and bottlenecks
  8. Social Network analysis of the Flow of Work
