Branch Manager

• To manage the day-to-day administrative and operational matters of the branch • To supervise each member of the branch and ensure they are fulfilling their duties and responsibilities as well as complying with company rules and regulations. • To monitor branch expenses and run a "lean and mean" organization. • To ensure that customers are being satisfactorily served. • To personally handle exceptionally irate customers or customers with unusual request. • To ensure that collections are accurate, intact and secured at the end of the day. • To conduct physical inventory of used and unused official receipt at the end of the day and record the beginning and ending serial number of ORs in a logbook. • To execute and implement approved CAPEX projects within budget and deadlines. • To ensure compliance with government requirements, rules and regulations. • To prepare the weekly and monthly reports for submission to the Managing Director. • To ensure compliance with all the provisions included in the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the LGU and the company. • To inform and explain to the branch staff about any current or new company policies. • To disseminate to the branch staff any memos or documentation coming from the Management that is addressed to the employees. • To encourage employees to be the best that they can be and strive for excellence not just at work but also in their personal lives. • To counsel problematic employees and help them regain harmony with their duties as well as with the other staff.
