My professional career in Marketing, Human Resources and Software/Web Development has prepared me to embrace each project as a unique opportunity to reach a target audience. Time has taught me to closely observe the behaviors and expectations of customers and employees, in order to offer an experience that is second-to-none. In the positions I have held, I led teams in planning and development of programs for (a) service and recognition, (b) print and web advertising, (c) branding and design, etc. to name a few. I have been humbled by requests from corporate leaders to create and market new programs. Additionally, I have been asked to take on new roles to create and oversee branding, customer engagement and retention programs. I understand the importance of customer service and visual appeal, and can be a great asset. I am passionate about making a difference and driven to take on projects and programs that are detail-oriented, innovative and creative. I stay busy and feel inspired with fresh opportunities!
