Passion! That is the first word i would use to describe me, I love what i do and strive for that tingle when you know you've nailed a creative brief or strategy. Getting into the detail of a brief is the most important element in what i do and means results are more focused. Starting on the shop floor at M&S, gave me real grounding and insight into consumers. I moved internally to M&S Head office, learning the craft of marketing from George Davies. Constantly pushing boundaries and coming up with new angles, always with the customer at our heart. My next move was to Sainsburys to brand and develop their full non-food offer, challenging times and workloads were standard. I used the opportunity to learn everything about design, branding, materials and packaging. Going back to M&S with an on-site agency role gave me an opportunity to work with food and also gain valuable insight into agency side. Mothercare was a complete re-work of both the brand and department processes and a different customer demographic. Whilst studying for a degree part time, i set up my own consultancy working with new brands. I've been working with a well known leisure company creating strategy, inspiring content and campaigns for the last 5 months.
