When you build a Shopify store you always envision types of customers you'll serve or sell product to, market which you'll capture a portion of, and a desire in your mind which inspires you to start your store and give your best in it. From my personal experiences, everyone creates a business plan and brand strategy but sometimes the most important aspect which they sometimes miss is the story behind the brand. A customer doesn't understand your desire until you tell her about it. They don't purchase just the product but a story behind it. As Simon Sinek, writer of best-selling book Start With Why states, "Customers want companies they love to care about them, know their needs, inspire them and treat them the way they're looking to be treated." Brands become known by creating moments with their customers by making sure that a person who would be their customer at some point in time is aware of the what business stands for. People get attracted to brands when they read their brand stories posted in "about us" section of their official website. It helps customers relate the journey of a company with themselves.
