Joahne Carter is a general management and marketing executive with over 15 years of professional experience in consumer products across beauty, food and healthcare industries. Most recently she was Vice President of Marketing with P&L responsibility for eos Products a beauty company based in New York, NY. Prior, from 2012 – 2016 she was Vice President of Marketing and Innovation at Ricola North America. Ricola is an OTC pharmaceutical and supplement company specializing in natural, herbal based healthcare. Ms. Carter and her team helped double the business across the US, Canada and Mexico with innovation and marketing campaigns with an emphasis on digital and social media. From 2007 – 2011, Ms. Carter held marketing roles of increasing responsibility for Kraft Foods in the Post Foods division that was spun off subsequent to her joining. As Marketing Director and Senior Brand Manager for Post Foods she spearheaded the relaunch of brand that drove 300% growth, increased profitability, adding millions of dollars to net income for the company’s largest brand that was 40% of revenue and 50% of profits. From 2005 – 2007, Ms. Carter was a Director of Marketing for Estee Lauder the world’s premier prestige beauty and personal care company. At Estee Lauder, she led Global treatment marketing for Clinique’s largest franchise and launched Aveda Men for Aveda, one of the top professional hair and personal care brands in the world. Ms. Carter started her career with Procter and Gamble from 2001 -2005 where she held marketing roles in the hair care and personal care divisions.
