I've been with Business Process Outsourcing for 10 years handling different variety of products and services through live phone and chat support as well as email support. Having said the length of my experience I've started from the entry level until I obtained a couple of posts which as of this writing I am a Team Leader / Supervisor for a team. I have accumulated skills and knowledge pertaining to outsourced businesses to name a few, Technical Support, Customer Service, Data Analysis, Data Entry, Data Management, Research and Development, Project Management, and Project Mobilization. I am currently looking for an online Job either full time or Part time as my responsibility widens as a family man.
