I wrote Buffy the Vampire Slayer licensed comic books for one and a half years. The fan reaction to those stories was so popular, that lead to my writing an original Buffy novel. Prior to my Buffy work, I'd written two murder mystery novels that were designed and published as retro pulp fiction. As one of the owners of UglyTown, an independent press, I have the great joy of working with many talented writers while editing their manuscripts. I also handle all the design work on the 11 books we've published so far, which includes everything from title treatment/logo design, original photography, cover design, and interior layout/typography.
