    Working with Jon has been my best experience to-date with any freelancer. We asked him to create us a beautiful brochure and threw all sorts of requirements at him (some of them were vague, like: "make it FEEL reliable and professional"). We also asked him to be involved with much of the decision making. We have never gotten a first draft that was so close to being perfect.
