I will develop a professional android application and deliver in fastest time possible (depending on the complexity of the app specifications). I have worked on app that took less than 24 hours to develop (usually in hackathons) as well as those that took over 4 months due to their complexity. I can also develop a RESTful Webservice for the consumption of the mobile app if necessary (although that's included in the extra package). This webservice would be developed with security and response time in mind; hence the use of a tested and trusted open-source PHP Microframework known as Lumen .
