I am an electrical engineer with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry from commercial and industrial projects, specialising in building services as an M&E engineer, backing up 37 projects from design to project implementation. 

* I do estimate and prepare tenders for potential construction projects. I use Planswift and Bluebeam Revu for material takeoff. 

* Review MEPF plans to ensure compliance with local regulations and design manuals. 

* Prepare construction budget and schedule. I use MS Project 2019 and Merlin Project 4 for scheduling 

* Overseer of on-going construction activities and monitor project schedules. 

* Evaluate and negotiate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors 

* Do value engineering and modify design drawings to suit construction feasibility and operations. 

* Supervised draftsmen’s, work of shop drawings, as-built plans, and other drafting works for project implementation. 

* Coordinate with other industries and participate in construction conferences.
