I am a professional structural engineer.

I deal with Residential/Commercial building renovation projects and provide structural solutions in accordance with  Building Regulations for Building Control Office approval. I provide both PI Insured service and non-insured service as well which is to be discussed as cost differs for both.

I will provide Planning permission drawings, existing and proposed floor plans, sections, elevations, block plans, and site plans as per BC requirements.

Building Regulations

I will provide building regulation drawings and specifications with complete details.

Structural Calculations

I will prepare a structural calculations report with a structural layout drawing including necessary structural details for the below services.
