Looking for the Lead Project Management Office (PMO) role and take up challenging Project management and PMO responsibilities handling project / program level’s PMO activities. • Close to 7+ Years of IT experience that includes service and incident management, vast PMO responsibilities, prepare designs, and ensure quality processes across various telecom and networking domains. • Work closely with PMs and senior management on various PMO related activities to track, measure, ISO 20K, BS 15K and provide presentations on various projects. • Prepared various reports including Quality metrics, productivity reports, Root cause analysis & Incident report etc.• Strong Domain knowledge in Telecom and networking. • Certified professional in ITIL V3 and CCNA, Pursuing PMP.• Understanding of Technical networking skills which includes RIP, OSPF, EIGRP and OSI.
